What: Partnering Courses

Why:

In 2016 the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC) recognised that they needed to develop a stronger skill set around partnering.

Since the initial program was delivered to senior managers across the organisation we have continued to provide face to face and online partnering skills courses to ILSC staff on an ongoing basis.

How:

The task was to provide best practice skills development partnering courses to staff members of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation.

To date we have provided skills training through face to face Partnering Essentials™ training courses, a tailored Advanced Partnering Skills Training program and more recently our Partnering by Design™: Facilitated Online Partnering Training course hosted through our Partnering Essentials™ Online Academy.
