Jane Russo – Adelaide (Aus)

Jane has 20 years’ experience within education, youth, tertiary pathways, government, community services, volunteering and sport.
She is an enabler who specialises in cross-sector partnering by providing independent advice, to help trouble shoot, upskill and build capacity within organisations.
Her expertise as an engagement practitioner, project manager, stakeholder relations consultant and senior policy adviser has been utilised within various South Australian government departments. Here she was considered a leader in partnering and collaborating with communities and organisations in helping government achieve effective outcomes benefiting South Australians.
Jane has delivered on several significant state government initiatives including the Stakeholder & Community Engagement Strategy for the New Royal Adelaide Hospital, the Youth Strategy for South Australia, the Premier’s Schools as Community Hubs initiative and the Better Together Learn & Lead Training Program.
She is a committed advocate for effective governance, collaboration, inclusion and diversity, women’s leadership, grassroots participation, and leading change where outcomes benefit the community.
Jane is the principal at Enabling Solutions providing high level consulting services in; organisational and change management; policy and project development; stakeholder and community engagement; strategic communications; and facilitation and training. She currently chairs two not-for-profit organisations and is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the South Australian Leaders Institute of South Australia.
Roxanne Hodda – Rockhampton (Aus)

Hailing from regional Australia, Roxanne became Central Queensland’s first internationally accredited Partnership Broker in 2010. This accreditation, awarded through the International Business Leaders Forum in the UK recognises Roxanne as someone who has specialist and sophisticated expertise in the area of partnership facilitation, creation, development and maintenance.
Roxanne has worked in partnership creation, development and maintenance for the last 11 years and her passion for partnering has seen her contribute to effective partnerships in areas including Culturally And Linguistically Diverse communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; healthy lifestyles; disadvantaged youth; cancer screening, prevention and early detection; education and training sectors and the health and community services sector.
Prior to joining DIXON Partnering Solutions as an Associate she worked in the health and community services sector as a partnership broker, with the Central Queensland Primary Care Partnership and then in the establishment of the Central Queensland Medicare Local.
Other skills Roxanne possesses include: facilitation, strategic and operational planning, community consultation and engagement, visioning and team building, needs assessment, community profiles and project planning, implementation and evaluation.
Roxanne currently undertakes private consulting brokering partnerships in the health and community and human service sectors. She is a current scholarship holder of The Centre for Social Impact to assist with completing her Masters of Business Administration (Social Impact).
She brings specialist knowledge in working with diverse stakeholders around complex issues and an intimate understanding of working in regional areas. She is committed to supporting partners to build their skills and understanding of the partnering landscape to more effectively address the issues that face communities today.
