Native Title Resolution
- Independent Chair and Process Managers

The initiative involved peak bodies representing mining, pastoral and fishing interests; the Aboriginal Congress of South Australia (representing 23 native title claim groups); the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement as well as state and local government.
We assisted the parties as independent chairs and process managers for the many facets of these negotiations from January 2000 until February 2009.
- Independent Facilitation and Process Management
We acted as independent facilitators and process managers of claim wide negotiations in the areas of mineral exploration, pastoral, parks and outback areas, involving four native title claim groups in South Australia, state and local government, mining and pastoral industries.
