The project

The project involved the design of a system to reuse stormwater by utilising wetlands and aquifer recharge systems which would provide low saline water to Michell and reduce the amount of water currently drawn from the mains service and the Murray River system. The project was a unique collaboration with many advantages to all parties involved.

This environmental project attracted significant financial support from the Federal Government through Environment Australia.

Our role

We assisted Michell in working with the various levels of government and key stakeholders in the establishment and implementation of this project.

'Ian Dixon's understanding of how the different levels of government work and his support as a coach and sounding board from our senior people has been invaluable'
